My dad graduated from "VPI" in the '40s. Dad now lives in a retirement community where his neighbors have interesting trickets on their front porches as conversation starters. We thought he would enjoy his new gnome on his porch as well, so we surprised him on his 85th birthday recently with a VT Hokies garden Gnome.
He loved it!
